My journey with sighthounds actually began in 1974, when I got my first Afghan Hound Cami, Kirman Camomilla, a golden bitch with no mask. The following year Cami was
joined by Minttu, another Afghan bitch,
Kirman Dominika was
a then rare so called blue domino.
My first Saluki Janna, Kirman Gajaneh, I got in 1977. Janna was a deer grizzle. So began my decades long life with sighthounds.
I live in the oldest inland city of Southern Finland, Hämeenlinna, in a small house with an entirely fenced yard. At present I have three Salukis from my own breeding, the bitches Al-Yasamin Jarida,
Jalisa (Iisa) and Adiba
(Ada).
I raised three Kirman litters in my home (one Afghan litter and two Saluki litters, Kirman Dominika and two litters of
Fin & S Ch Kirman Sandika) before I started my own breeding in 1997.
I have owned two Afghan Hound males Fin Ch
Kirman Gharome (Minttu's son) and Fin Ch
Sagoslottets Globetrotter, and one bitch Kirman Khesana.
My prefix Al-Yasamin comes from the petname of my brood bitch
Jasmiini (Kirman Cintiya).
My first litter, the Al-Yasamin J-litter, was born in the autumn of 1997. (Multi Ch Nordwart Filber x Kirman Cintiya) The litter has been very successful in a number of ways (in showing, lure-coursing and racing).
Six out nine puppies have attained Finnish show champion titles. Of these pups four have had at least one litter. Jasim (the Kuriirin C-l litter), Jadila (the Tazillah P-, N-, and L-litters), Jamana (the Tazillah K- and O-litters) and Jarida (the Al-Yasamin A-litter).
In January 2004 the second Al-Yasamin litter was born. The dam was Fin Ch Al-Yasamin Jarida and fiance Fin Ch, JW-02 Kuriirin
Dolezal Deverre. They had seven puppies, two males and fife bitzhes.
All of the bitches are good in Lure-cousing.
Ada's and Sky's puppies have born 28.03.2010, 1+1, red, black fringes ( Am Ch Moshire RFR red Sky CC CM)
